The X68000 (X68000 Ekkusu Rokuman Hassen) is a personal computer created by Sharp, first released in 1987, and sold only in Japan. It was the successor to the Sharp X1 computer.

The X68k runs an operating system called Human68k which was developed jointly by Sharp and Hudson Soft. Based on arcade architecture, the X68000 was the first home system to offer almost perfect arcade conversions and has even been used by Capcom as development machine for his CPS arcade system.
