The age selection screen
This guide aims to help players who have no Japanese language ability to understand the character creation process in Tsurugi no Machi no Ihoujin.
Character creation process[]
Note: The main hero's creation differs slightly from that of the secondary heroes (race/talent are pre-determined for the main hero).
Appearance[]
1. The appearance is selected from among 36 initial species. There is also additional character portraits from another game developed by Experience Inc: Entaku no Seito - Students of Round.
2. Selection of character's sex:
- 男 - Male
- 女 - Female
Age[]
The higher the age, the higher the bonus points. In return, however, the life points will be reduced accordingly. Character's life points are depicted by 1-3 hearts.
Talent[]
- 選ばれし者 - The One : Life point does not decrease after death (Main hero only).
- 武運 - Warrior's destiny : The character gains +3 bonus points during the creation.
- 豊かな教養 - Rich culture : This talent improves ability to identify items (+30 points).
- 不屈の肉体 - Indomitable body :
- 宝探しの勘 - Treasure hunter's intuition :
- 野生の瞳 - Wild eyes :
Race[]
Each race has unique starting stats, some are better suited for certain classes than others.
There are a variety of different races to choose from:
- Human (ヒューマン) : Balanced stats in both areas
- Elf (エルフ) :
- Dwarf (ドワーフ) :
- Migumyi (ミグミィ) :
- Nei (ネイ) :
Bonus points[]
Distribution of bonus points: A random amount of bonus points is rolled with each new character. It also varies according to their age and also depends on some specific talents.

Class[]

Each class starts with specific characteristics and skills at level one and will gain access to more skills as they level up. They are as follows:
- Fighter (ファイター)
- Paladin (ナイト)
- Samurai (サムライ)
- Wizard (ウィザード)
- Cleric (クレリック)
- Ranger (レンジャー)
- Ninja (ニンジャ)
- Dancer (ダンサー)
